Camburg Ford Ranger Long travel Kit

This is the ultimate in high performance Race proven off-road suspension. This system will give you up to 17″ of travel with a massive 1.5″ lower mono balls and 1″ uppers; just like the Trophy Trucks. The lower pivots are not urethane, or Delrin they are massive 1″ mono balls. This kit is high end so if you are looking for the best off-road system for your A-Arm Ranger you have found it.

A custom shock mount needs to be fabricated to use this system. Major modification also need to be done to make room for the shocks. This Off-road system should only be installed by a high end off-road race shop.

Camburg Chevy HD ’01-10 Performance 1.25″ Uniball Upper Arms

Like many of the Camburg long-travel kits, these performance upper arms use a much larger and stronger 1.25” uniball bearing compared to the competition. This bearing allows for more mis-alignment for maximum wheel travel and uses flush mount hardware that gives you more clearance between the arm and inner fender for a cleaner look as well. These arms correct the suspension geometry by increasing much needed caster and allow for a wider range of alignment adjustment. For the HD arms we use thicker .188” wall 4130 chromoly tubing for maximum strength on this heavy chassis.

Camburg Frame Gusset Kit

Camburg’s all new upper A-arm mount gusset kit will help strengthen your frames weak link. The upper A-arm mounts can and will tear out under extreme conditions and hardcore driving. This gusset kit will work with most suspension systems out there. Also included is the lower frame bump stop reinforcement. This is a plate that gets welded under the frame where the lower a-arm bump stop hits the frame. This will add 200% more material to this location. This kit is made of laser cut 3/16″ steel and comes complete with 10 gussets.



Camburg Ranger Transmission X-Member

The stock transmission X-member will not hold up to extreme off-road conditions. This is why we came out with our Transmission X-Member. This X-Member is 100% bolt on and comes powder coated. We also incorporated a strut support system to help stiffen the chassis in the transmission area.

Camburg Ford F-150 97-03 2wd Race Series Long Travel Kit

Our race series long-travel kit for the F-150 is for the serious offroader. We’ve addressed every aspect of the suspension utilizing the factory mounting points. The kit consists of fabricated boxed lower arms that utilize 1″ uniballs at the inner pivots and a 1.5″ uniball at the spindle. The fabricated spindles use our 2.25 race hubs and Wilwood 4 piston brakes. The tubular chromoly upper arms pivot on 3/4″ FK JMX heims. The steering tie rods are machined from heat-treated stainless steel and use a 3/4″ heim at the inner pivot and a 7/8″ heim at the outer. The kit is 5″ wider per side, has 3.5″ of lift built into the spindle and will pull 16-18″ of wheel travel depending on the shock and engine cage setup. Billet upper arms are available as an upgrade.



Camburg Performance 1.25″ Uniball Upper Arms For 07-11 Silverado/Sierra

These arms will give you smother travel and greater strength. These arms use an all new design utilizing 1.250″ Uni-balls and heat-treated stainless steel spacers with 12 point recessed hardware. They add strength and wheel travel for high off-road demands. Expect to see 11″ of travel with these arms combined with the Camburg CRS 2.5″ coilovers.

Camburg F150 4wd Performance Kit

If you are looking for the highest quality best way to add 3” of lift and over 40% more wheel travel Camburg Engineering’s all new Coilover Performance System is the answer! This complete kit utilizes FOX Racing Shox 2.5” Long-Travel coilover with Camburg Uni-Ball upper A-Arms up front with a set of Fox Racing Shox 2.5” Piggy Back shocks in the rear. This suspension system will give the Ford F-150 4×4 10” of travel near the same as a Raptor.



Camburg Bronco F150 Performance 4.0 Kit

Our Performance 4.0 kit for the Ford Bronco is not your typical “lift kit”. It’s a true suspension system that is great for street use and more so off-road use. Many of these kits are used for pre-running race courses and trail expeditions. We don’t use cheap drop down brackets to correct camber geometry that lose ground clearance, crack frames and change roll center for poor handling; instead we modify the TTB housings. We also eliminate the stock radius arms with our longer 1-1/4″ heim joint radius arms that are stronger and allow for more wheel travel and correct castor and camber curves for optimum geometry.

Kit Specs: 4″ Lift, 11-12″ Wheel Travel, This system will clear 33″ tires with stock fenders and 35″ tires with fiberglass fenders.

Camburg 1980-1996 F150 & Bronco Coilover Performance Suspension System

The Camburg 1980 to 1996 F150 or Bronco Coilover Performance Suspension System is almost the same as their standard Performance system, but with the addition of coilover shocks. It works out to 16″ Travel and 5in Lift.
