This all new system is awesome to say the least. With up to 16″ of wheel travel, 1.5″ upper and lower uniballs, 1″ uniball lower arm pivots, heim upper arm pivots, it is no wonder Toyota/TRD and Nitto tires chose to use our kit on there new SEMA truck builds. This new Off-Road System is capable of all your off-road needs.

We now include MIL SPEC / NAS 12pt bolts for the lower spindle uniballs. These bolts are rated 180,000 psi minimum tensile strength and 108,000 psi minimum shear strength … a stronger or higher quality bolt does not exist. A grade 8 or 12.9 bolt is no where near the quality and strength. These are the same exotic bolts used in high end race cars/trophy trucks and aircraft. These bolts have an exact grip length (shoulder) for optimum strength something you can’t get with a Grade 8/9 or 12.9 allen bolt. They also have a larger radius under the head of the bolt to further increase the shear strength.

These arms will give you smother travel and greater strength. These arms use an all new design utilizing 1.5″ Uni-balls and heat-treated stainless steel spacers with 12 point recessed hardware. They add strength and wheel travel for high off-road demands. Expect to see 12″ of travel with these arms combined with the coilovers.

Notes: Must use wheels with a maximum backspacing of 6″ or the tire can rub on the arm at full turn when running a larger than stock size tire.

Looking to change out your upper control arms without hitting the bank account too hard? Camburg now offers a performance upper arm that utilizes the OEM Toyota ball-joint. It gives many of the same benefits their uniball upper arms offer at a much lower cost. With Toyota’s new chassis, the factory ball-joint is considerably stronger & larger than in previous years. By building an upper arm to re-angle the ball-joint, you’re able to gain more wheel travel and keep the joint in its normal operating range. These arms also correct the suspension geometry by increasing much needed caster which improves handling and allows for a wider range of alignment adjustment. The tubular construction also gives you more tire & shock clearance compared to the stock stamped arm.
